When filtering recipients in an Engage text campaign by a status such as Did not click, exporting the results still downloads the full recipient list instead of only the filtered contacts. The Contacts section also does not currently support filtering by text-message engagement activity. Use case: Organizations running time-sensitive campaigns need to follow up only with recipients who have not engaged. Exporting the full list creates extra manual work and increases the risk of sending duplicate messages to people who already clicked. Requested improvement: Allow users to filter and export contacts by Engage delivery and engagement statuses, including: Delivered Not delivered Clicked Did not click Opened, where applicable Unsubscribed The exported file should include only the contacts shown in the filtered results.

Users should be able to select and send a single outbound email to two or more saved segments at the same time, rather than being limited to one segment per send. This would save time and improve efficiency when targeting multiple groups with the same message.

I want the email reply when someone gets a ticket - for the subject line to include the word TICKET

Engage could track the open and bounce rates for each campaign's thank you emails.

There should be different thank you messages for monthly donors.

Ability to customize the Text-to-Donate response language, currently highlights donations, could highlight registrations/tickets

Allow multiple team members to edit email or campaign drafts simultaneously, or at least notify users if someone else is currently editing to prevent lost changes.
