GB is such a personal, thoughtful company so I think the thank you messages should mirror that personality. Instead of "receipt," I would suggest the subject line is "Thank you for your awesome donation- receipt included" or something of that nature. When people see receipt, they either delete or file without opening. We have worked hard on our thank you verbiage and want donors to read that as I am sure other organizations do too. THANKS! Keep up the great work!

I want to have an easy way to make donation acknowledgement templates that are different for every campaign or event. I want to be able to easily send them after a donation is made. I appreciate the receipts but want to easily send a thank you letter.

Yes, the "say thank you" is annoying to have to edit out!
Just leave it as "John Doe supported your campaign" if it doesn't change to something!

This would be incredibly helpful! We old two major fundraisers each year, and several smaller campaigns. Our donors often search for their donation receipt via email during tax-time, and are used to "replying to" our team if any questions. If one person can add our entire Development Team (4 people) to the transaction receipt, that would help us all stay informed and share the good news! All four folks won't be using GiveButter, just one or two of us manage the "back-end". Gracias!
