Ability to generate and see Engage email report, with details such as open rate, click rate, etc.

Ability to have the same email design and formatting tools in Workflows that are currently available in Engage. Right now, emails created in Workflows feel more limited compared to Engage. For example, it is not straightforward to add elements like social media icons, branded layouts, or richer formatting. Having the same email-building capabilities in both areas would make it much easier for organizations to: Maintain consistent branding across automated and manual emails Design more polished automated communications Avoid needing workarounds for common elements like social icons

Allow admins to generate a shareable link for an email that can be accessed by people outside the original recipient list.

Ability to select email recipients without using the filter - ie: send an email to one donor

Allow admins the ability to connect multiple domains to Engage for large organizations or organizations with separate programs.

Request for the ability to generate personalized giving links for specific contacts, where the donor is taken directly to a donation page with their information already pre-populated from their contact record.

The current Signup Form widget include name and contact information. Please include the option to add custom fields to these forms.

Currently, Engage shows a list of contacts who clicked any link in an email, but it doesn’t track clicks on a specific link. Have the ability to track when a particular link is clicked in the email.

Include a "Forward" button within the Engage email content.

Have an in-house registration form similar to Google Forms or Jotform.
