Allow users to embed a single shortcode on their website that displays multiple campaigns based on a selected Campaign Segment. The widget should automatically update as campaigns are added or removed and follow the sort order set in Givebutter. This would remove the need to manually update the website each time a new campaign is created.

Fees need separate service items than the donations or ticket sales. A dedicated fees mapping setup in the mapping rules configuration is very important.

Add Mailchimp as a direct third-party integration.

Allow multiple service-item lines on a single sales receipt so that tickets, donations, and auctions can each be mapped differently when they are mixed in the same transaction.

The ability to update the Widget's font and colors, including the Terms and Privacy Policy section, to improve visual accessibility for users who rely on non-color indicators. 🤝

Add the ability to map the FMV and additional value (donation portion) of a ticket purchase separately to QBO

Triggers when a new contact is added to Givebutter manually, via a donation form, or sign-up widget.

Customer is requesting the ability to use a popup-style widget for donations. Currently, all donation widgets are static embeds that must be placed directly on a webpage. Popup functionality is only available for signup forms, not donation forms. The customer would like a similar popup experience for donations, allowing the donation form to appear as an overlay or modal on top of their website. This would provide more flexibility in design, improve visibility, and create a smoother giving experience without requiring a full page embed

Ability to update transaction records such as the campaign for offline transactions and transactions from API. This way, it won't have to be done manually.

We offer retreats, which we usually set up as 3-part campaigns so it’s easy for people to send their deposits. Someone creates those campaigns, and then we map them into QBO. However, in some cases, we miss mapping a campaign, and we wouldn’t know unless it shows up under “uncategorized income.” It would be great to have an easy way to know if a campaign in GB isn’t mapped to QBO.
