Fees need separate service items than the donations or ticket sales. A dedicated fees mapping setup in the mapping rules configuration is very important.

The ability to sync payment method and reference numbers (such as check numbers) data so that these fields are automatically populated in QuickBooks.

The current QuickBooks integration syncs transaction data from Givebutter to QuickBooks, but it does not include payouts/transfers from Givebutter Wallet to a bank account. This creates extra manual work for users who need to reconcile each payout with the underlying transactions when creating deposits in QuickBooks. Request: Ability to integrate payouts with QuickBooks, or provide clearer payout-level reporting that: shows all transactions included in each transfer allows easy export of payout breakdowns simplifies reconciliation and deposit creation in QuickBooks Use case: Helps organizations match each bank transfer to the correct transactions without needing to export data and manually compile reports in Excel.

Need to be able to select a date (or date range) in the past and sync everything from that date forward (or within that range.)

It would be great to have the option to use TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) for two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security and potential long term benefits.

Givebutter already integrates with Hubspot via Zapier, and we can offer custom integrations on a case-by-case basis, but we would love to offer a native Hubspot integration to all users as well.
