Would love to be able to store scanned checks for transactions management and for auditing purposes.

Give users the option to enter a custom file name when creating an export. The custom name could either replace the default file name or be added to it. This would make it much easier to distinguish among multiple exports created in a single session, especially when exporting different date ranges, campaigns, or transaction filters. Example: Instead of downloading several files with similar default names, a user could name them “June Donations,” “Auction Transactions,” or “Q2 Report” before exporting. Why this matters: Custom export names would save time, reduce confusion, and make downloaded files easier to organize and identify later.

Ability to send workflow emails to external email addresses outside of Givebutter. Currently, workflow emails can only be sent to the purchaser/contact. It would be helpful to notify third-party recipients (e.g., an external team or system) via an automated workflow trigger.

Have more options in data hygiene, in addition to ignore, for cleaning up contact information. Such as ability to delete the invalid emails or phone numbers

With more supporter information and communications living inside Givebutter with the integrated CRM (Track) and email/text tool (Engage), it seems an integrated volunteer management tool would make sense. This would allow for supporter segmenting via Track and targeted communications via Engage to convert donors to volunteers and volunteers to donors and to be able to track and communicate with both donors and volunteers through a single platform. This could also work well with the feature request to track volunteers at fundraising events.

This feature would make it easier for organizations to distinguish between types of gifts—such as those received during in-person vs. online campaigns—and provide donors with more transparent and accurate tax documentation. It would also help our internal finance and development teams track event-specific performance more effectively. Customize transaction names (e.g., “Annual Auction Donation – Tax Deductible”) or, create custom categories that can be assigned to specific transactions.

It would be a great addition to have filter groups alongside the more robust reporting features in Givebutter+. Users would love to be able to filter on Criteria A - AND - Criteria B.

Users are forced to delete or archive the custom field if they want to edit the details for the CF, since the options are grayed out. It will be helpful to campaign owners if they can edit the options without having to delete/archive the CF itself.
