Allow users to enable donors to be automatically subscribed to email communications when they make a donation.

It would be helpful to enhance the workflow for managing bounced or invalid email addresses. Right now, bounced emails can only be viewed in Engage, and removing them from Contacts requires manually searching and deleting one by one. To improve this process, here are two suggested updates: Add the ability to filter bounced or invalid emails directly in the Contacts tab, making it easier to identify problem contacts. Add an option to bulk delete bounced or invalid contacts, allowing teams to clean up their lists more efficiently. These updates would streamline contact management and reduce a lot of manual work.

Bulk reassign landline numbers from Primary to Secondary phone fields. Allow users to identify landlines and move them across multiple contacts in a few clicks for easier data hygiene.

The ability to create households directly when reviewing contacts in data hygiene would save time when flagged duplicates are really multiple members of the same household using the same contact information.

Users need the ability to perform bulk cleanup actions directly from the Contacts tab, not just review issues in Data Hygiene. Requested bulk actions: Bulk removal of invalid or bounced email addresses Bulk removal of invalid phone numbers and landline numbers Option to bulk delete contacts that meet specific error criteria Ability to select multiple contacts and clear specific fields (email, phone) in one action Current limitation: Data Hygiene only allows reviewing, updating individually, or ignoring errors Contacts tab does not support bulk clearing of specific fields Forces users to open and edit contacts one by one, which is extremely time-consuming at scale User impact: Hundreds of manual edits required High frustration for orgs managing large lists Directly affects Engage deliverability and contact-based pricing

It would be helpful to be able to create specific calculated custom fields that update dynamically. Ex- average gift $$ / donor, total number of gifts in a year, etc.

Send campaign data like ticket purchases and donations directly to Google Sheets as new rows to allow for more dynamic data manipulation. Currently, this is only available through Zapier.

The ability to move transactions between campaigns without requiring an upgrade to a single-balance payout would be a helpful addition.
