Ability to see ticket details on mobile app during check in
The ability to see ticket details on the mobile app immediately after scanning a ticket. Currently, these ticket details are on the ticket themselves and in the tickets tab, but the details do not show up on the pop up after scanning a ticket.

Option to Sort Tickets by Contact Name using the Mobile App
Allow sorting tickets by contact name instead of purchase date for easier attendee organization and identification. This helps when cross-referencing guest lists, updating records, or managing large events.

Remove unavailable/sold out tickets from app
Remove unavailable and sold tickets from the app or create a separate section so that all available tickets are easier to select - this will lessen confusion with users and volunteers.
