Allow Admins to opt-in to email notifications when automated payouts are processed

Send monthly statements to admins detailing total transactions and transaction volume for the month.

The ability to be notified of payout balances above zero, and toggle them on and off. Bonus: The ability to set a threshold for notifications. For example, only get email notifications for all payout balances above $100 Ability to toggle them on/off per Admin so only certain Admins get these notifications.

Ability for admins to input an email address to send payout history when exporting it. This way, they won't have to forward it every time.

An email notification as payouts get processed by 4 pm Eastern daily.

Option to enable notifications when available funds are ready for withdrawal. From user: "I’d really like it if the platform sent you an email/text notification when pending funds are available for withdrawal".
