We’d like to request the ability to support two-way SMS messaging within Givebutter.

Currently, outbound text messaging allows organizations to send messages to donors and supporters, but replies from recipients cannot be managed within the platform. Adding two-way SMS would allow organizations to receive, view, and respond to donor replies in real time.
