Ability to receive and reply to inbound SMS messages in Givebutter

Use Case: Organizations sending SMS through Givebutter want donors and supporters to be able to reply directly to those messages and have their team manage the conversation within Givebutter.
Current Limitation: Inbound SMS replies can be forwarded to an email address, but teams cannot view, manage, or respond to inbound text messages directly from Givebutter.
Requested Feature: Add the ability to receive, view, and reply to inbound SMS messages within Givebutter Engage.
