Workflow trigger: Ticket type
Tiffani Zavakos
It would be helpful to trigger automations by only 1 or multiple specific ticket types being purchased. Ex- if I have GA vs VIP tickets, being able to create one automation for my GA purchasers and one for my VIP purchasers to have more relevant, targeted language in the emails and SMS messages.

Use Case: We have tickets (and bundles) for sponsors, volunteers, table exhibitors, etc. I'd love to send them a follow-up email an hour after their ticket purchase that gives them all the details they need to know.
That email would be different for each ticket type, so ideally the Trigger would be "On Ticket Purchase" (which exists), followed by a new Condition option "Ticket Type".
It would also be great if the Condition had multiple exit paths (like Power Automate). Imagine if I could have one Workflow that's triggered, moves into a Condition with 6 different paths, each one for specified ticket types that results in different emails going out. One can dream!

Begging for this. We would love to customize the automatic responses sent out to different sponsorship levels.

This would be a great feature as it allows for more customization! For my particular situation, I would like to tag a contact based on the ticket type they purchased. For example, John purchased a VIP ticket for our event, I would like his contact to be tagged with "VIPbuyer". That way I could segment further when it comes to email marketing and text message.
