It would be incredibly valuable to have the ability to link a donor's social media handles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) to their contact profile in Givebutter. When a donor engages with the organization's social media posts — such as liking or commenting — that activity would be tracked as a cumulative engagement score in their profile rather than as individual interaction lines. This would allow organizations to see how active each donor is on social media and on which platforms, providing a deeper picture of supporter engagement beyond just donations and emails.
