I would like to request a feature where refunds appear as separate transactions in the donor's activity feed. Currently, when a refund is processed, the original transaction's status changes to 'Refunded,' but no new refund transaction is created. Having refunds show up as separate transactions would provide clearer visibility and tracking for both donors and administrators.
