National Change Of Address (NCOA) Contact Updates
planned
Tori Meglio
NCOA, which stands for National Change of Address, is an automated process that will look to match the name and address data you have for your Contacts to the USPS National Change of Address file, identifying new addresses for anyone who has moved and completed a permanent change of address form with the postal service perhaps at a quarterly frequency.

While you're at it, could you 1) add CASS certification and 2) automate the
merging
of identical (or nearly identical) addresses?Because of an import we did with data from 10 years, some of our contacts have 4 or 5 addresses that are all the same (or nearly the same).

Ditto what Julie said. Also, our paper mailing list is much larger than our donor base, and our mail-house handles NCOA. This functionality within Givebutter could be useful for email-only members, though!
