Improvements to Bounced Email Management
KK
It would be helpful to enhance the workflow for managing bounced or invalid email addresses. Right now, bounced emails can only be viewed in Engage, and removing them from Contacts requires manually searching and deleting one by one.
To improve this process, here are two suggested updates:
- Add the ability to filter bounced or invalid emails directly in the Contacts tab, making it easier to identify problem contacts.
- Add an option to bulk delete bounced or invalid contacts, allowing teams to clean up their lists more efficiently.
These updates would streamline contact management and reduce a lot of manual work.

Currently - 'bounced' emails are automatically unsubscribed. There is no way to know that this has happened without going into each contact and checking. So I agree we need a view of the 'bounced' emails so we can decide to take corrective action but the system should NOT unsubscribe the contact. I have seen many cases where a contact's email bounced and then later received other engage emails. So maybe a 'hard bounced' flag that can be discovered via filtering in the Contacts page. We can periodically check this and decide if we want to mitigate by deleting or contacting the Contact by other means..

This is huge. We have 500 to remove and getting the pop up of "be sure you are messaging good contacts lest spam" combined with no way to delete them efficiently is insult to injury.
