Hybrid Transaction and Ticket reporting export
Tori Meglio
A hybrid Transaction/Ticket export that includes first the purchaser's total transaction details with the tickets listed below with the ticket holder contact information, only attributing price to the purchaser.

Right now, the information exists in the middle between these two exports options. My Ticket exports does not show the income generated from Bundled ticket sales at all (see the screenshot. If there was, I would have a $50 option.). It also shows that Promo codes were used, but doesn't include how that impacts the ticket price (promo code is listed in the field, but the Price column remains unaffected by this discount). I cannot simply pull a report that tells me how much we made from ticket sales (without doing a bunch of additional edits on my own. :( )

Commenting so that this gets the attention it deserves. If anyone finds a legitimate work around so that custom fields are included with the ticket details and fields, please let the group know!

Trying to combine the information in two separate csv's and figure out who bought tickets for who is an absolute nightmare. Might as well type them into our project management tool one by one at this point.

This information is available via exporting the transactions WITH the item breakdown option. Not ideal, but if you need something until a better feature gets added, it is a workaround.

Charles Osborn The item breakdown does not give all of the custom fields. Have you found a workaround?

Pamela Battle I haven't needed those, you'd probably have to use an xlookup between spreadsheets, maybe on the transaction id number?

Yes- this is another big obvious whoops in the GiveButter backend. A reporting, logistical exporting nightmare currently as its impossible to link up transactions to ticket sales with exports.

Ann Perri Yes I agree. This is a big gaff that you can't do this.
