Under Reports there should be an all inclusive summary of All transactions for the year - grouped by Campaign - sub-totaled - then Total for all Campaigns.

This is not the solution. The ask was for:
A report that shows what each contact contributed to a campaign. I can figure out how to show each transaction as opposed to a sum and I can figure out how to show a life time donation amount regardless of campaign.
An example, Joe Smith gave $50, $25, and $25 to Campaign X. I want to see a report of Joe Smith gave $100 to campaign X.
