Column-Based Breakdown for Donations, Tickets, Fees, in Transaction Reports

Currently, each transaction component (ticket, donation, fee, etc.) appears as separate line items, which is great for transparency but can make it challenging to process donor letters or create summary reports efficiently.
It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to view these components in a single row per donor or transaction, with separate columns for each item type (e.g., Ticket Amount, Donation Amount, Fees).

I would like to add that the biggest issue with these reports for me is how to handle the fees. In order for the books to reconcile, we need to know a total amount and the fee amount per item, not per transaction. So the fact that the full transaction fee appears in on each item in the transaction is a mess. I hope GB will find a way to address this reporting issue. It's taking me hours to prepare the data for import into my database.
