Clickable contact names from the duplicate tab

So we don't need to search names on the contacts page to find them.

This would be really great to have anywhere in the system but particularly on the duplicates tab and the relationships tab on a contact. When you want to view their spouse. It's frustrating to always have to search for a person and you want to be able to just click on the contact and open their record.
