This would be a massive help. I've had events with over 100 attendees that we unfortunately had cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, speaker cancellation, etc). I would take 1 person over an hour of tedious work and a high possibility of errors or mistakes. Making this edit would save so much time and also increase integrity in the system when we need to make these massive bulk refunds.

Obviously, there should be some sort of button that says "Are you sure you want to refund ALL users? There is no way to undo this process" and it should be locked behind the highest level of user, but it should absolutely be implemented!
