Sharing feedback from a user who is using multiple Givebutter forms/widgets (newsletter signup, contact us, donation, etc.). While they can see inside Givebutter which widget a supporter interacted with, that information isn’t exportable or available for automation.

They’d like the ability to automatically tag contacts based on the specific form or widget used, or to have that widget/form identifier exposed in exports or integrations. This would allow their data to flow cleanly into external systems like SharePoint via Power Automate and reduce the need for UTM-based workarounds.
