This would be incredibly helpful. This is our first campaign with Givebutter and we need it already.

We just had a situation where I needed to do a partial refund to keep someone happy. And I was dismayed that I could not. Please please fix this

This is too important of a feature to not have. If our only option is to refund the full amount and ask the donor to pay again, we risk the donor walking away completely. That's horrible donor service and not good for fundraising.

I feel very strongly about this. If I purchased items anywhere and was told I couldn't return part of it for a partial refund I'd think that was incredibly unprofessional. I think this reflects badly on us. I'm embarrassed to tell my supporter that I can't refund the price of a ticket for a partner who can't attend.

Please help us give a partial refund - a donor didn't see the Promo Code link and wants her discount that she would have used.

Ability to refund one ticket when donor purchased more tickets than they intended to

Please allow for partial refunds so that if someone wins multiple auction items but has to return one (damaged, doesn't fit, etc) we can easily return their money.

Or return a meal payment but leave the ticketed event price.
