PLEASE add this feature! We need the ability to refund certain amounts back to individuals! (For example, when they've purchased two event tickets but now only need one).

I’m shocked this hasn’t been prioritized in 4 years. This is essential. Partial refunds for anything, including payment processing fees and Givebutter tips for donors who don’t intend to cover those. From an engineering perspective, this can’t be a difficult fix. Please expedite this.

We are not yet a nonprofit and do not have a bank account. Please. Partial withdrawal! Insane we cannot do that in the year 2025!

Ditto. This is a super easy fix -- to allow for a partial reassignment. Having to remedy this by canceling a donation and having the donors resubmit is a goat rope.

Please add the feature to make shipping charges optional at the time of payment.

This feature is an absolute necessity. It reflects so poorly on our organization to not be able to meet the needs of our event attendees who purchase multiple tickets and need to refund just one of them. This is such a common issue we deal with for every ticketed event.
