Allow default Engage subscription statuses to be set when creating new contacts

When adding a new contact in Givebutter, the Engage subscription fields for Email, SMS, and Mail are currently pre-filled. We’d like the ability to customize the default values for these fields—specifically to set them to “No” by default.
This would help ensure we are not unintentionally assuming consent to contact individuals, and allows organizations to better align with compliance and permission-based communication practices.
