This seems like a necessary and simple update as State, City, and Zip are all built in fields. Marketing to specific geographical areas is critical for most businesses.

Absolutely this. I want to send an SMS to our contacts that are within 15 miles of a location to promote an event in that area. I don't want to bother people 100s of miles away and risk them STOP-ing.

Even being able to filter on ZIP Code or City would be fine and I can just type in all the relevant locations.
