I'm curious if this will allow the admin to reassign a ticket to a different event? We often have people switch the date that they purchased a ticket for (we host regular tours) and at the moment, I have to revoke it from one campaign and then 'buy' a ticket from the other campaign. This is clunky and also doesn't allocate the funds to the right campaign.

This is so important! We find that patrons always make errors when purchasing tickets and if you are forced to issue a full refund, instead of exchange, you often lose that donation entirely because they don't want to go back and redo it.

Yes! Some patrons would like to upgrade tickets but doing so is a hassle. We have to manually track who we consider "upgraded" on our lists. Currently, all we were able to do was add a note to those tickets but they're still considered a basic level ticket.
