Admin ability to Exchange Tickets

The ability for admins to initiate exchanging one ticket type for another OR to credit a donation amount towards a ticket purchase if a donor made an error.

This is so important! We find that patrons always make errors when purchasing tickets and if you are forced to issue a full refund, instead of exchange, you often lose that donation entirely because they don't want to go back and redo it.

Yes! Some patrons would like to upgrade tickets but doing so is a hassle. We have to manually track who we consider "upgraded" on our lists. Currently, all we were able to do was add a note to those tickets but they're still considered a basic level ticket.

This could be helpful for us. We are expecting some guests to purchase a free ticket under our full event, and NOT mark their Team Member - we see the Team Member coming back to us wanting to have all of their people show up under the page.

Right now, the Event option is not great for a multi-day virtual event. Or even a 1-day virtual event that is asynchronous. Doesn’t make sense to register for a “ticket” to go climb stairs on your own.
