Add photos to Contact Profiles

The ability to add a photo to a contact's profile would be helpful to recognize and identify donors.

A larger request would be to allow the donors to have and maintain their own profiles.

It would be cool if the profile photo was automatically pulled from the Contact's social media profile (if populated) -- but the user can override it with an uploaded photo.
