Ability to input all available contact fields when create a new contact

Currently, the [New Contact] button doesn't allow for the input of email, phone number, or address. This forces users to have to navigate inside the newly created Contact to edit these fields.

We've launched an updated creation form for contacts that allows you to input all available contact fields and makes it easier to add multiple contacts at a time.
