Ability to add Contact ID column to Contact Custom Reports

Users would like the ability to add a Contact ID column to Contact Custom Reports. This would allow organizations to easily reference and export the unique Contact ID associated with each contact.

Making it easy to look up the contact ID is essential to operational efficiency. The need is occasioned every time we receive a donation outside the Givebutter payment system when we attempt to 1. Determine if there is an existing account and 2. To create an account where there is none, so we can load up the transactions in an importable spreadsheet and be sure that we get the donation attributed to the right account. (Contact ID is essential for that).
