Going forward, Givebutter must provide:
- A detailed transaction report, for each deposit that is made to our checking account, that balances to the actual deposit amount.
- This report must be formatted and printable directly from the Givebutter Dashboard! Making the end user go through the following process for each deposit is very time consuming and archaic:
- The current work flow to obtain a deposit record:
1. Request a report;
2. Wait for an email;
3. Open the email and click on a link to download a report;
4. Find and open the report file from the Downloads folder (in Numbers? Fortunately, I'm a Mac user and have that app);
5. Since the current report does not balance to the deposit amount, it is not useful as a deposit record and must be modified with new sub-totals and reformatted so it can be read and used for deposit documentation.
6. Now, finally, a useful document can be printed.
7. Next deposit, repeat steps 1 through 6.
This very time consuming and way behind industry standards of a modern money handler. PayPal does this so much better.

Specifically I need to know what payments were for tickets. If someone buys a ticket for an event and donates in the same transaction, it all gets lumped together on the payout report
