Give user option of dates window to make withdrawal for. For example, in December, I'd like to withdraw all transactions for Nov 1-30, not including the first few in December, as it currently does.

Yes - definitely. On a schedule - i.e. at 11:59 on the last day of the month, transfer that month's revenue to my bank.
