Automated Transfers from GB Wallet

I would like to set up an automatic transfer from our GB Wallet to our external account, perhaps on a weekly basis, so I don't have to manually initiate it each time. Currently, it seems we need to manually specify the amount to transfer whenever we want to do that.

How do I update my banking info on GiveButta? The chase card linked to my organization has absolutely no ties to us and I believe we have been getting embezzled from!

Givebutter has never let me down until now. We enrolled in Wallet to see what it was like. We now know we have no need for this account and there is no way to close this wallet account despite there being a Close Account option on the wallet page. So now I have yet more work to do on a weekly basis in the form of manual transfers. This was a poor implementation plan and when you enable wallet it should warn you that you are going to lose automated transfers and there is no way to revert. This has been a really bad experience.

Sean Calvillo: Thanks for the feedback, and so sorry for the poor experience! The Close Account option clearly needs some work, and we are looking into that.
That said, you definitely don't have to use Wallet and can set your Payouts back to your external bank account. Automated transfers do get removed from the external payout when you switch to Wallet and back - not ideal, I agree - but if you reach out to Support, I'm sure they will be happy to re-enable that for you!

Tom Spindle thanks for the response. I already have the payouts going to my non wallet account but was told it can’t be automated when the wallet account is enabled. I will contact support again.

I so agree with this. The Gathering of the Queens Inc has a donation balance that we jave not been able to get due to the difficulty of transferring funds.
