Ability to process refunds using Givebutter Wallet funds

It would be helpful for organizations with Givebutter Wallet enabled to have the ability to use Wallet funds to process refunds.
Use case: An organization may have funds available in their Givebutter Wallet, but not in their Available Balance. Currently, refunds can only be processed from the Available Balance, which can prevent organizations from issuing refunds even when funds are available elsewhere in the account.

Yes! Not being able to issue refunds when there is available money is a HUGE oversight. I'm trying to figure out a work-around for this very issue right now but the suggestions being offered to me sound very shady from an accounting perspective.

This is a needed function. Also currently we can only withdraw the entire total from the Available Balance so we can't even leave monies to anticipate refunds.
