Currently, if a donor opts to cover transaction fees, the donation amount synced to Bloomerang includes that fee paid. Because we are using Bloomerang to reconcile donation amounts, we have to manually update every donation with a fee covered to the donation total LESS that fee. (I.E. $200 donation is synced as $212.XX, have to update manually in Bloomerang back to $200).
