Allow multiple service-item lines on a single sales receipt so that tickets, donations, and auctions can each be mapped differently when they are mixed in the same transaction.

Yeah this is huge. One event ticket order could contain 4 different service items:
- Ticket Sale
- Additional Donation
- Donor Covered Fee (separate from the donation)
- Processing Fee
Each of these should get mapped to a different service item in quickbooks.
For that matter, we also need to have a promo code discount service item because we track the full value of the ticket against ticket sales and the discount as contra revenue. But that's probably a separate request.
