Add ability to create manual activities/transactions

For the Transactions API, add ability to POST and PUT manual transactions or activities for a Contact. There is an add manual transaction in dashboard, but not in the API and it could be super useful to be able to add manual transactions when importing prior contacts to maintain their giving history.

Yes, this would be extremely helpful! We are trying to record a purchase made before the event was created. This would be super helpful for future campaigns as well!!!
