Currently, templates are only available to email and SMS. can we have it for letters too?

We have that need too. Many of our donors will only respond to direct (snail) mail solicitations, especially with our year-end holiday appeal. In addition, many of our donors expect a hard copy mailed letter thanking/acknowledging their donation.
