A user was creating a year-end appeal email in Engage and attempted to use a short MP4 video (6 seconds, exported from Canva) as an email header. The file uploaded successfully but did not render or function in the email editor.

At this time, Engage emails only support static images (JPG, PNG) and GIFs, not MP4 or video files.
