Require confirmation step for email opt-outs to prevent accidental unsubscribes

Currently, supporters can unsubscribe from emails with a single click, which often leads to accidental opt-outs. Adding an 'Are you sure?' confirmation step or landing page before finalizing an unsubscribe would help prevent accidental opt-outs and keep supporters connected.
