Yes! A registration form that supporters could access from our website to be used for Diaper Drives and volunteer inquiries. We use forms from our current online giving platform to register drives, to track, and to keep on task. This is a big deal for us when we hold the World's Largest Diaper Drive™ in May every year.

YES, I have been using a Squarespace form and then had to pipe it into Give Butter, and the "message" field people love to fill out but doesn't go to the right place in the CRM (and support has told me there's no way to do that), and now Zapier wants to force fully paid pro plan just so I can have a "Tell me about volunteer opportunities" checkbox on my form!
Need these simple form capture items to work natively with the CRM.

I would like a form for supporters to send us a message. Fields: Name, email, subject, message. If they send us a message their name is automatically added to the contact list.
