Yes, please make the process of customizing a segment or Engage list much easier for the organization. Also, once a list is customized, allow the revised list to be saved as a new segment. Currently, the user has to manually go into each record to change the tags and then return to creating a new segment to get the desired results. Such a time consuming process that also leaves plenty of room for human error.

Currently, when sending an email to a group using a tag (e.g., “donor”), all contacts with that tag are included. The request is to allow users to exclude specific individuals from a tagged group without removing the tag entirely. For example, if a donor has already given to a campaign, they could be unchecked from that email while still retaining the “donor” tag for future campaigns.
