I would like to have the ability to export a list of bounced emails directly to a spreadsheet. This feature would greatly assist in cleaning up my database and tracking engagement more efficiently. Currently, I have to export all contacts and manually sort them, which is time-consuming.

Hi folks,
You can now export bounced emails per Engage message. There are two methods to achieve this:
Option 1:
From the Contacts table, add the filter Engage email status > Message name > Deliver status is: Bounced. Then select Export.
Option 2:
From Engage select a Sent message, apply the Status: Bounced filter. Then select export.

We need to be able to see bounced confirmation emails that are sent when someone purchases a ticket. So, not an email sent using Engage, but confirmation and thank you emails that are sent automatically.

Agreed, being able to export these items would be very helpful. Or an option to re-send these exact emails another blast.

This would be really helpful for cleaning up the contacts list. This or a way to sort contacts by “bounced” vs having to comb through the full database.
