Starting today, you can use Engage to post Campaign Updates right from you campaign supporter feed. For everything else, be sure to Join the Waitlist to gain full access to Engage by visiting the “Engage” tab inside your Dashboard. We will contact you by email when the feature is enabled.

We couldn't use the automated email function because the wording in the generated email was not a good fit at all for our fundraiser.

If GiveButter could allow each fundraiser to have their own dashboard where they could thank donors directly from their GiveButter dashboard (with a donor email contact list for every campaign), that would be WONDERFUL

Yes! we had donors who couldn't find their event ticket - some don't think their receipt has an event link in it... (maybe you can give the option to edit the title of the receipt email? So it can also say "link to ticket"?)...But if my team could send out an email reminder with the event link 3 days before, and same day email reminder, that is the platform support we really need!
Sadly, we had a few donors who couldn't find the event link, and missed the show as a result.
We sent manual reminders through our Gmails, there's got to be a better way...

I so agree. we work with boomerang and I'm sorely disappointed that to reach my free ticket holders I need to export a cvs to boomerang then deal with it from there. ug
