Generally more customizable emails, including Centering objects (pictures, videos), and more design capabilities.

We cannot wait for this! Currently, we use Mail chimp and there seems to be a lot of things that we need from there in order to move over to Givebutter for engagement. A couple of these include the margins on mobile view are too narrow, there is no option to add a button or image with a link, the formatting options don't follow the cursor so we have to scroll to the top to make changes to the bottom of the email and there is no way to border images. Thank you for making this a priority and we look forward to the update!

There seems to be a lot of stuff here. I just want the ability to use standard word processing functions like changing the line spacing between paragraphs (really between lines like an address). We can't even put a 3-line address into our email without it looking out of place. The limitation to the headings types shown is very limiting.

It would be amazing if the email editor has more customization . It looks great on desktop but gets all over the place on mobile view. We hope to be able to adjust margins, sizing of the images, check mobile views, and have a media library directly in givebutter so it's easier to store photos. See the two images below, the one with a yellow banner is from a different provider vs. the give butter on the other side that has way too big margins and small picture making it impossible to read. Thank you!

Agreed, I'd love to be able to create a drip campaign for new members that we're working with so we don't have to manually send them the same emails in a set period of time. Having more basic functionality like columns, alignment, margins, etc would make it easier to manage this instead of our Program Director having to create a PDF and attach it to an email. Thanks!

I’d look into the bee email editor for addditonal functionality.
Based on what I’m reading here, I won’t be using Engage much.

It would be perfect i we could create columns, or place the images next to paragraphs to make it easier to read, and also more "designed". This all looks just like a word document.

The ability to adjust margins and font. Also make the editor look like the actual email sent!

yes ...and when an image is embedded in the email the Mobile recipient version of the email makes the text so small it's unreadable unless you zoom in.

The ability to center, align text images and copy is so needed! Our emails look all over place whenever we import any images or Canva designs.

Friends of Thorp: Agreed! trying to set up our first email, and I'm shocked that I can't center align -- especially photos. Yikes.
