Carry over links from Canva designs to Engage emails

When a Canva design is uploaded to an Engage email, it currently comes in as a static image, so any clickable links in the original design are lost.
It would be great if multiple links from a Canva design could carry over directly into the email editor. This would make custom designs fully interactive and reduce extra steps for donors.

Previously uploaded images to CANVA are no longer accessible with the new Spread updates. That would be a huge time saver if we could access these uploads through engage
