Add custom fields to the Sign-up Form widget

Agreed - custom fields are a must for the contact form/widget. Only being able to intake name, email, and phone number is extremely limiting.

This would be really useful, especially if a custom field could be mapped to a custom field for each user. I can see how this would be complex to implement in software, though, so even just allowing a form to have custom fields that are sent in a free-text "notes" field would be pretty good, too.

My non-profit is interested in using a sign-up form to collect contacts of interested sponsors. We would need to be able to add a company name for this to be a viable option!

My non-profit relies on collecting mailing addresses and other information. We NEED the ability to add custom fields as many organizations rely on this basic information. So my vote is to add custom fields to sign up forms as soon as possible. Thank you!
