We'd love a way to create "Call Campaigns" in the system. I think GB already has several aspects of this that we'd just need to combine into a single workflow. But here are the high level functional needs:

1) Create a campaign and add contacts to that campaign (to call).

2) Assign GB users to that campaign (as callers).

3) Those users then have a way to view each contact, their personal details, details from DonorSearch if enabled.

4) Then from a recording perspective, they just need to record the date/time they called, the result of the call (i.e. left message, answered, etc.)

5) If a pledge is received from that call, use the existing Pledge functionality to log that pledge against that Contact.
