Ability to set reply-to email based on the Engage email sender

It would be helpful to allow different reply-to email addresses based on who sends the Engage email.
Currently, only one reply-to email can be set at a time, so all replies go to the same inbox regardless of the sender. For organizations where multiple team members or departments send emails through Engage, this can make it difficult to route responses to the correct person.
Allowing the reply-to address to automatically match the sender of the email (or letting users choose a reply-to per message) would help teams manage replies more efficiently and keep conversations organized.
