Ability to remove a contact from a workflow

This would be great - and even better it would be amazing if we could automatically remove them from a workflow if they reply to an email we send (if that email is a part of the workflow). Not just donates or clicks a link, but responds!
Let's say we're using a workflow to send a series of 4 emails to potential donors, and one of them replies to the first email and wants to get coffee (to learn more!). I now have no way to stop them from getting the other 3 emails... which is bad since I am now emailing them individually and engaging on a personal basis.
