New auction packages 🎉
Now offering a wider array of big-ticket auction packages just in time for spring events, including bucket-list vacation packages and popular items from Winspire and Inspirato.
Auction packages have no upfront cost. You'll only pay for what sells at your event, with every dollar above the reserve price going directly to your cause.
Easily add packages by creating a new campaign or editing an existing auction page.
To do this, navigate to
Auction page > Add item > Auction packages
Signup Form widget 📝
Introducing our new Signup Form widget designed to help you grow your contact list effortlessly.
- Embed the Signup Form on your website to easily grow your subscriber base by collecting their name and contact information
- Engage with new supporters by sending them updates on your organization's news, fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, or newsletters using automatic tagging.

Table updates 📊
In addition to table enhancements announced in February, we've also added the ability to:
- View up to 60 records per page
- Easily reset your table view to the default
Customize your supporter feed
You asked, and we listened! We've added options for a more private giving experience. Now you can:
- Hide the supporter feed from campaigns
- Hide the public supporter message step
To access these, select
Campaign > Settings tab
> scroll down to the Design
section.New delete contact button
In addition to the existing archive feature, you can now delete most contacts in Givebuter from either the individual contact or the Contacts Table.
A contact cannot be deleted if they:
- have associated online transactions
- have a recurring transaction plan
- have associated auction bids
- have associated tickets
- have received email or SMS communications
- are a member of a campaign
From a contact record select the
Actions dropdown > Delete contact.
You can also use the same dropdown to archive a contact and include a reason.
Archived contacts can be unarchived but deleted cannot be restored.
Track direct mail as a communication preference ✉️
We've added Mail to the Communications Preferences section on contact records.
From any contact select
Profile > Communication Preferences > Edit.
Additional enhancements
- Item retail value is now included in auction receipts
- Admins can now disable per ticket custom fields
- And/or filter types have been added to filters + campaigns
