It is important for us to be able to conduct user experience tests prior to having campaigns go live. User tests would allow us to best support users and/or write support documentation for our team or on website. Testing all steps of a campaign without having to conduct financial transactions would allow me to make modifications accordingly based on user experience. Not having this ability leaves my organization vulnerable to trial and error situations with the public, which is not optimal.

+1 for this. We really want this to compare donor portals for three platforms we're deciding between...including Give Butter.

This would be super helpful! I created a test campaign and a test ticket, but found that there was no way to delete the ticket, so I'd need to delete the campaign

It would benefit to have a test mode. To integrate Givebutter and be able to test what a transaction would look like in our Sandbox. It would be great to catch any errors or if we are setting automations, testing before go live.
